it’s a tricky part because there might be an enormous amount of people involved if you don’t have ownership um or and accountability of that process it’s going to be really easy for that hot potato to be thrown around your most organized people are going to be your best own borders effective questioning is another very key skill I think at that point people who understand the why behind customer requests and who have the uh question Banks uh and the questioning skills to get to that um are very good on boarders as well.
