A lot of operational intelligence and actual customer interfacing happens not in person, but happens through online calls such as the one we are having right now. It’s either through a Teams call, a Zoom call, Google Meets, RingCentral, what have you. Uh… where do you see call intelligence and smart conversations when you look at… uh… you know… operational sort of efficiencies in an organization?

Prithwi, you know, one thing that I worked on a lot at Deloitte was knowledge management. We always struggled with translating what we already knew and proliferating it out to everybody. And as I was thinking about conversation, I think it embraces that… um.. that golden nugget that is in knowledge management.
 
Because conversations empowers the business to leverage the information it already has within its conversation, and it can do that and improve customer interactions, optimize sales and marketing efforts and enhance employee performance… um.. and I think generally inform… uh.. business decisions.
